I am Sven, and I have a family of four: my wife and two children, aged 7 and 12, and a British Shorthair. We have been looking for a Cavalier for quite some time. Although this would be our first experience with a dog, we didn't rush into anything. We have done some research into the breed and have already informed ourselves well. It is a wonderful family dog, and our hearts are completely open to it, with all the responsibilities that come with it.
