No. Petopic does not directly sell pets, complete adoptions or provide breeding services. We connect people who want to adopt with those who are rehoming, buyers with sellers, and users across other listing categories. Agreements and payments are between users; responsibility lies with the parties involved.

No, creating an account on the Petopic platform is completely free. You do not need to pay any fee to use basic platform features.

To publish a listing, you first need to become a member of the platform. After membership, you can create your listing from the "Post Ad" section. It is important to provide accurate and up-to-date information in your listings.

Technical and administrative measures are taken for platform security. Your data is stored encrypted, secure connections are used and regular security updates are made.

You can use the "Report" button for false or misleading listings. Our listings are regularly checked and inappropriate content is removed.

For account deletion, you can use the "Delete Account" option from your profile settings. Account deletion cannot be undone, all your data is permanently deleted.

If you forgot your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.

The Petopic platform provides service in Turkish, English, Russian, French, Chinese and Spanish. You can change your language preference from your profile settings.

Work on Petopic began in 2021. After intensive development focused on infrastructure and security, the platform launched in 2025 with a priority on user safety and trust.
