British Shorthair cat, calm and used to living with people.

I'm going to write quite directly because I was never very good at writing ads. This British Shorthair has lived with us for a little over three years and over time became a very calm presence in the house. He's not the type of cat that runs around everywhere or destroys things. He usually prefers to sit near the window or on a chair and observe everything that happens around him as if he were analyzing the daily life of the house. When someone is working on the computer, he usually approaches slowly and stays nearby, simply keeping them company. In the evening, he usually stays in the living room near the sofa while everyone rests. The reason we're looking for a new home has nothing to do with any problem with the animal but rather with our schedule, which has changed quite a bit. We now spend many hours away from home and feel that such a calm and sociable cat deserves a place where there is more human presence during the day.
