Talkative Siamese cat that loves evening companionship

This Siamese cat has spent most of its life in a small apartment where it became very attached to human presence. Unlike many quieter cats, it tends to communicate quite a lot, especially in the evenings when someone comes home and sits down after work. It often follows people from room to room as if it wants to be part of whatever is happening. At night it usually settles somewhere nearby rather than hiding in another room. It has always been an indoor cat and is completely used to apartment life, litter routines and regular feeding times. The cat is playful in short bursts but mostly prefers simply being close to people rather than constantly running around. Grooming is minimal and its coat is easy to maintain. Because the owner recently developed allergies, keeping the cat unfortunately became difficult, so the hope is to place it in a home where it can continue living in a calm indoor environment.
