Very affectionate Labrador used to living with a family

Our Labrador, Bruno, lived with us for just over two years and is an extremely sociable dog. He loves walks, but once home, he becomes very calm and simply likes to stay close to people. When someone is watching television, he often lies down right next to the sofa and stays there quietly. He has always been very patient with children and guests. Unfortunately, we recently moved from a house with a garden to a much smaller apartment. Even though we continue daily walks, we feel he lacks the space to run around as much as he used to. For his well-being, we would prefer to find a family with more space or a garden.
