Honestly, I'm not a master of writing beautiful texts, but I'll try to explain it as it is. I've had this African Grey parrot for about four years, and he's much smarter than I expected when I got him. In the morning, when he hears someone coming into the kitchen, he starts whistling softly because he knows there's food coming. Sometimes he copies the sound of a phone, which is really confusing when you think a message has arrived. He often sits on the back of a chair next to me while I work at the computer, seeming to observe everything. The problem is that my job now requires frequent travel, and the parrot is left alone for too long. These birds are very social and become sad without interaction. Therefore, it's best to find someone who truly loves birds and understands that they are not a toy.
