African Grey Parrots that love to mimic sounds

I'm not very good at writing these kinds of announcements, but I still want to explain the situation clearly. This grey parrot, named Rico, has been with us for almost four years. When he first arrived, he was very quiet, mostly just standing in his cage looking around. Later, he gradually started mimicking sounds around the house, such as the doorbell, phone notifications, and sometimes even my cough. During the day, if someone is working at a table, he'll stand on a chair and watch, as if observing what humans are doing. Grey parrots are actually very intelligent birds and need a lot of interaction. The problem is that recently my work has become very busy, and I'm often away from home all day. Leaving him alone at home for extended periods isn't good, so I'm hoping to find someone who can talk to and interact with him every day.
