An inquisitive grey parrot accustomed to life in a family

This African Grey parrot has been living in our apartment for several years and has become a part of our daily life. In the mornings, he usually sits on his perch in the kitchen and listens attentively to conversations, sometimes attempting to imitate the short sounds he hears most often. He's not particularly vocal, but rather observant and calm. When someone approaches and starts talking to him, he stares intently and tilts his head, as if trying to understand. We sometimes let him out of his cage for a few minutes so he can sit on a chair or on our shoulder. He eats high-quality parrot food and some fruit. Because we're moving to another country, we can't take him with us, so we're looking for someone who can give him attention.
