Intelligent African Grey Parrot raised in a house

Okay, I'm going to write like I speak because writing the perfect ad isn't my strong suit. This parrot has lived with me for several years, and honestly, he's become a sort of daily companion. He spends a lot of time observing the people around him, as if he's trying to understand what we're doing. Sometimes he repeats certain sounds from the house or little words he hears often. He likes to be near humans and doesn't cope very well with long periods of solitude. The problem is that my job has changed, and now I'm outside almost all day. Leaving such an intelligent animal alone for hours doesn't seem right to me. I'd prefer to find someone who truly loves birds and who will be willing to talk to him and interact with him every day.
