Description

This African Grey parrot has spent most of his life in an apartment, surrounded by human conversation and daily household activities. This has allowed him to develop a highly observant nature and a constant curiosity about the people around him. He frequently listens attentively to voices and occasionally tries to reproduce familiar sounds or intonations, a characteristic trait of this highly intelligent species. When someone approaches his cage, he usually reacts with interest and slowly approaches to observe what is happening. During the times he is allowed out under supervision, he calmly explores his surroundings and enjoys playing with toys designed to stimulate his mind. His diet consists of specialized parrot pellets, fresh fruit, and small amounts of nuts. He has had regular veterinary checkups and is in good health. He is available for adoption to someone who understands the importance of daily interaction with an intelligent parrot.
