This Senegal parrot is very clever and observant of his surroundings. He likes to observe before acting and forms a strong bond with his caregiver.
He isn't noisy without reason, but he does require daily interaction. He was raised in the house and has never lived in an aviary.
I'm selling him because I no longer have enough time to dedicate to him each day, and I'd prefer to find him a truly available person.
