Calm Russian Blue cat looking for a quiet home

Actually, I feel a little sad writing this because this cat has lived with me for almost three years. Her name is Nika, a very typical Russian Blue cat—quiet, very observant, and not fond of noisy environments. During the day, she spends most of her time by the window, watching people and birds outside, seemingly studying the world intently. Sometimes when I'm working at the computer, she'll jump onto the chair next to me but won't disturb me, just quietly keep me company. In the evenings, if the house is quiet, she'll slowly come over and sleep on the blanket next to the sofa. She's not a particularly clingy cat, but if someone is in a bad mood, she'll come closer, as if she can sense it. The reason we have to find her a new home is that I recently changed jobs and need to move to another country, and the new place has very strict restrictions on pets. We hope to find a quiet and stable home because this type of cat gets very stressed in noisy environments.
