An active border collie who loves walks

To be honest, we got this dog almost by accident two years ago, and it was immediately clear that he's a very smart and active breed. His name is Blake. Border collies are known for their intelligence, and it's evident literally every day. He quickly understands new commands and loves to play outside. We used to live near a park and could walk for an hour or two every day, but we recently moved to a neighborhood where such opportunities are fewer. He's calm at home, but it's clear he's lacking activity. We don't want such a smart and energetic dog to be bored in an apartment, so we decided to find him a home with more space and an active lifestyle.
