Border Collie that needs someone who actually enjoys active dogs

ok so im not the best writer but i want explain honest. this border collie female dog has insane energy like really insane. her name is nova and she basically wakes up ready to run every morning. when i first adopted her i was living near open fields and we would spend hours outside playing with a ball or just letting her run. she is extremely intelligent sometimes it even feels like she understands full sentences not just commands. she knows sit stay come and even waits before eating when i say wait. the problem is that my work changed recently and i moved to a smaller city apartment. even though i walk her every day i can see it is not enough for a dog like this. she needs space and activity otherwise she gets bored and that’s not fair for her. i dont want money for her just someone who truly likes working breeds and understands they are not couch dogs.
