Very affectionate Labrador seeks a home with space

Our Labrador, Milo, has been part of our family for just over two years, and it's difficult to decide whether to find him a new home. He's an extremely affectionate dog who adores people, especially children. When someone comes to the house, he always greets them enthusiastically, but without aggression. He loves playing with a ball and could run for hours if given the chance. The problem is that we recently moved from a house with a garden to a city apartment. Even though we try to walk him regularly, it's clear that such an active dog needs more space and exercise. We'd prefer to find him a family who can offer him a more suitable life rather than keeping him in an environment that's too restrictive for him.
