White Pomeranian that loves companionship

This white Pomeranian is named Snow and is a little over a year old. She's lived at home since she was a puppy, so she's very used to being with people. She has a funny habit: if someone walks around the house, she'll follow them, as if trying to figure out what everyone is doing. If someone sits on the sofa, she'll jump over and rest next to them. She loves playing with small balls and plush toys, but usually quiets down after a few minutes. The problem is that we've been very busy with work lately and are often away from home during the day. A dog like this, who is very dependent on people, isn't really suited to being alone for long periods. So we're hoping to find a family that can spend time with her.
