Sweet brown poodle girl searching for a patient owner

I want to explain this honestly because this dog deserves someone who truly understands companion breeds. Our brown poodle named Cocoa is almost one year old and she is one of the most people-oriented dogs I have ever seen. She follows everyone around the house and often sits quietly beside whoever is working or reading. Unlike some small dogs she is not constantly barking or restless. She enjoys playing for short periods but then she quickly settles and simply wants to stay close to people. The reason we need to rehome her is due to a medical allergy issue that appeared in our family recently. Even though poodles shed very little, the doctor advised us to remove pets from the house. This decision has been extremely difficult because she is deeply attached to us. Whoever adopts her should understand grooming requirements because poodles need regular coat care and mental stimulation.
