Small, calm Romanian hamster looking for a new home

This little Romanian hamster came to my home a few months ago when a neighbor who had him could no longer care for him due to health issues. At first, he was quite nervous and hid a lot in his cage, but over time he got used to his surroundings and now usually comes out when he hears movement near the cage. He becomes very active at night and spends a lot of time running on his wheel. He also has a habit of storing food in a corner of the cage as if he were building up reserves. He has never shown any aggression and usually lets you pick him up calmly if you move slowly. Since I've been spending many hours away from home for work lately, I feel like I can't dedicate the time he deserves, and that's why I'm looking for someone who truly enjoys caring for small rodents.
