A small Siberian hamster with a gentle nature

We got this Siberian hamster about six months ago, when our children wanted to try caring for a small pet. At first, he was very cautious, but over time, he got used to the presence of people and even began leaving his house when he heard familiar voices. He loves to run on his wheel in the evening and sometimes digs in the bedding, as if building new tunnels. He usually sleeps during the day, which is also normal for such animals. We kept his cage clean and fed him a seed mixture, occasionally giving him vegetables. Now that the children have less attention for him due to school, we decided to find someone who can care for him regularly.
