A grey parrot that listens attentively to people.

To be honest, I thought long and hard about whether to write this ad or not because I've had my parrot for over five years. His name is Rick, and he's quite calm for a Grey parrot. He doesn't scream without reason, but he really loves being talked to. Sometimes it seems like he's listening to conversations and trying to repeat certain words. For example, he recently started copying the sound of the refrigerator door opening. He spends most of his time sitting on a perch near the table, observing everything that's going on. I used to work from home, and that was perfect for him. Now my schedule has changed, and I'm often gone for ten hours at a time. These birds are very social, and it's hard for them without interaction. So, it's best to find someone who can give him more attention than I do now.
