African Grey parrot accustomed to a quiet home seeks a new home

This African Grey parrot has lived with us for a little over five years and has become accustomed to a very stable, almost ritualized routine, which means he immediately notices the slightest change in the house. In the morning, as soon as he hears the shutters or the coffee maker, he becomes attentive and starts following the movements with his eyes. He isn't constantly agitated at all; on the contrary, he prefers to observe for a long time before reacting. When someone approaches to talk to him, he often tilts his head and sometimes responds with a sound he's been repeating for months, almost like a habit. We regularly let him out of his cage under supervision, but he doesn't try to fly around aimlessly; rather, he chooses a specific spot and stays there to watch what's going on. His diet is carefully monitored, with appropriate pellets, pieces of apple, carrot, and some fruit depending on the season. The rehoming was due to a family separation that completely disrupted the rhythm of the house, and he doesn't cope well with long periods of solitude.
