African Grey parrot that grew up around family conversations looking for a new home

This African Grey parrot has been living with our family for several years and has become very used to everyday life inside a home. In the mornings it would usually sit quietly in the kitchen area while we prepared breakfast, occasionally mimicking the sound of spoons or trying to repeat short phrases it heard often. Over time it developed a habit of reacting when someone says its name, tilting its head as if it’s trying to understand what is happening. It enjoys calm interaction and usually becomes curious when someone talks directly to it. The bird has always lived indoors in a quiet environment and is used to a routine that includes time outside the cage under supervision. Its diet consists of quality parrot mix along with fruit pieces and occasional nuts. Unfortunately, because our family is moving abroad for work reasons, we cannot bring the bird with us, so we are hoping to find someone patient who enjoys interacting with intelligent birds and can continue giving it the attention it’s used to.
