My pair of hand-raised (EPP) blue-fronted Amazon parrots are for sale. They live in an outdoor aviary. These green birds, native to South America, come in two species: the larger blue-fronted Amazon (37 cm) and the smaller white-fronted Amazon (26 cm). The blue-fronted Amazon has a pronounced yellow face and head, as well as a blue mask. There is no distinction between males and females, and a DNA test is necessary to determine the sex. Love stories... A rather good talker and mimic, with its soft, sweet voice, it has a particular fondness for clowning around. Very active and curious, the Amazon parrot also has a reputation for being stubborn and temperamental, sometimes even unpredictable. Amazons need companionship and outings for at least 3 hours a day. The blue-fronted Amazon is the most well-known and widespread.
